Phoenix-based utility Arizona Public Service (APS) was providing up to $75,000 in rebates for ground source geothermal heat pumps, according to Jeremy Meek, sustainability programs manager, Desert Star Construction, which builds high-end luxury homes and helps owners apply for incentives from the utilities to help defray the cost.
